All customers of Anand Taj Caterers are subjected to the terms and conditions contained in the below agreement. The below agreement is a legal contract between Anand Taj Caterers and the service user (customer).

Terms of Service

• 50% of amount should be paid as advance on the day of booking, 40% should be paid before 15 days of the function, and remaining the balance to be paid after the event.
• Any Extra plates will be charged fully.
• The price for services shall be the price stated on the quotation or invoice. The quotation will be valid only for a week from the date of transmittal of the quotation to client. Kindly contact our office for an extension of date.
• We are not responsible for any natural calamity.
• Children will be charged as adults.
• Party should take care of their items and belongings.
• Advance will not be refunded in any circumstances.
• Transport charges will depend upon the distance.
• Additional Counter will be charged extra.
• The rent of all the vessels, crockery, cutlery, furniture, carpet, lighting, labour charges, if any to be borne by the customer only.
• If it is Sitting Rs.50/- extra per head.
• Landscaping, Zoomers, PRO’s and Food Stalls to be borne by the party.
